How We Support
The practical side: who does what, how we communicate, and what you should expect from us between the start and the finish of a piece of work.
A named planner, writing updates you can act on
You will know who is handling your enquiry from the first contact to the last. Nothing is handed to a queue, and no question goes unanswered because it reached the wrong person.
Updates are written rather than implied. Each stage ends with a short note saying what has been done, what has been found, and what happens next — so you are never left wondering whether work is still moving.
Where a learner is under 18, correspondence is addressed to the parent or guardian, both to keep the record clear and because the information we handle comes from them.

Three situations we are asked about most

- 1
When the options all sound similar
Several routes look equally good in the prospectus and nobody can say how they differ in practice. That is exactly what a comparison stage is for.
- 2
When a family disagrees
A written plan gives everyone the same document to react to, which usually moves the conversation forward faster than another open evening.
- 3
When a plan has stalled
Courses change, results arrive late and plans drift. A review against the written plan usually shows where it needs adjusting rather than abandoning.
